Ono-Terusaki Shrine
Onoterusaki Shrine is located a two-minute walk from Iriya Station on the Tokyo Metro Hibiya Line.
It is a very nice shrine that is affectionately called “Onoteru-sama” by the people in the neighborhood. Ono Takamura, a Heian-period court noble and poet, is enshrined as the main deity.
The history, culture and atmosphere of the shrine are all wonderful, in addition, the shrine has an official website, official Twitter, Official Instagram, and even an official Note to disseminate events and related information, and there are many things to learn from the shrine!
Hydrangeas were blooming prettily. I don’t like walking in the rain, but the hydrangeas are beautiful in the rain.
The main shrine building survived the Great Kanto Earthquake and the Tokyo Air Raid.
